  • Education (Essential): Master’s degree (any discipline), MBBS, Engineering, or 2‑year PG Diploma in Management
  • Desirable: Doctorate or engineering master’s
  • Age & Experience:
    • Senior Lead: Age 40–52, 18 years of experience
    • Lead Adviser: Age 35–50, 15 years of experience
