  1. Physical Standards Test (PST)
  2. Physical Efficiency Test (PET)
  3. Trade Test

🧍‍♂️ BSF Constable Tradesman Physical Standards

For Male Candidates:

  • Height: 165 cm (160 cm for ST)
  • Chest: 75–80 cm (with 5 cm expansion)
  • Race: 5 km in 24 minutes

For Female Candidates:

  • Height: 155 cm (148 cm for ST)
  • Race: 1.6 km in 8 minutes 30 seconds
