To apply for RBI Office Attendant 2026, candidates must meet the following conditions.

Age Limit (as on 01/01/2026)

  • Minimum Age: 18 years

  • Maximum Age: 25 years

  • Eligible DOB Range: 02/01/2001 to 01/01/2008 (both dates inclusive)

Age Relaxation

  • SC/ST: 5 years (up to 30 years)

  • OBC: 3 years (up to 28 years)

  • PwBD: 10 years (GEN/EWS), 13 years (OBC), 15 years (SC/ST)

  • Ex-Servicemen: Defence service period + 3 years (max age 50 years)

  • Widows/Divorced/Women judicially separated (not remarried): up to 35 years (40 years for SC/ST)

  • RBI work experience: Experience years (max 3 years)

Educational Qualification (as on 01/01/2026)

  • Must have passed 10th Standard (SSC/Matriculation) from a recognized board of the concerned State/UT under the recruiting office jurisdiction.

  • Candidate must be a domicile of the State/UT under the recruiting office jurisdiction.

  • Candidate should be an undergraduate.

  • Graduates and candidates with higher qualifications are NOT eligible.

  • Ex-servicemen must have passed 10th and completed minimum 15 years defence service (provided they have not graduated outside Armed Forces).

  • Must be proficient in the regional language (read, write, speak, understand) of the State/UT under the recruiting office.
